Trainspotting (1996)

Heroin addict Mark Renton stumbles through bad ideas and sobriety attempts with his unreliable friends --Sick Boy, Begbie, Spud and Tommy. He also has an underage girlfriend, Diane, along for the ride. This is one of those movies that makes you think over your life-makes you wonder if you're really headed in the right direction, and makes you see the horrors of drugs. One of Danny Boyle's best movies.

Absolutely phenomenal. Funnier than any comedy I've seen in a very long time, while also darkly disturbing and serious at times. Trainspotting is as entertaining as any movie out there

Veo cierta influencia de Tarantino, pero logrando un resultado único y controversial para la época, los personajes son entrañables y Ewan McGregor presenta una de sus mejores actuaciones, la cual parece tener cierta influencia de Malcolm McDowell en La Naranja Mecánica pero sin extrema violencia pero si en cierta forma su postura frente a la vida. Un verdadero clásico de culto.
