Hilariously bad movie right down to the score! Made in the Philippines for very little with a script that makes almost no sense!

Stars Cheri Caffro as an assassin sent to the Philippines to kell several men, only to get into a relationship with the detective trying to solve the murder cases. It's a decent enough watch, but while the lead is attractive, the way men carry on about her beauty in this is a bit ridiculous at times. Rental.

Not lacking in the exploitation trifecta of violence, nudity and absurdity -- sometimes all three at the same time, as when star Cheri Caffaro's slow-motion full-frontal striptease fantasy is intercut with shots from an apparently authentic cockfight.

The third slot in the recent Shout Factory Roger Corman Cult Classics Lethal Ladies Collection (that's a lot to cram into the title), Too Hot To Handle is a fairly weak entry in the Naked Lady in the Philippines subgenre; Cheri Caffaro supplies plenty of T & A but she's unpleasantly harsh when she should simply be badass. There are some solid explosions, some entertainingly goofy assassinations, and lots and lots of split screens, but not enough make you give a damn. VF.
