Rankin Bass movie totally awesome. Love this movie!!!

Another excellent Rankin and Bass Christmas special. Here, Santa decides to skip Christmas for a year. After all, he's sick and nobody appreciates his work anymore. Mrs. Claus isn't going to give up quite so easily, and with the help of Jingle and Jangle, they set about raising some Christmas cheer around the world. A lovely film about taking people and Christmas for granted. The stand-outs are Snow Miser and Heat Miser. Two bickering stepbrothers trying to spread their own brand of winter. There verbal fisticuffs are amusing, and their songs are catchy.

It's up to a pair of elves (Jingle Bells and Jangle Bells) to save the day. But first they have to get past Heat Miser and Snow Miser - the best Christmas baddies since the Grinch.

There is only one reason this Christmas movie gets 5 stars: Snow Miser Hands down, he is the best character ever thought up, ever. EVER. I just have to comment on how FUCKING LAZY Santa is in this movie. The guy works ONE DAY a year and he needs a vacation. Geeze!
