Haven't seen it in forever, but I remember some serious tears when I was like 10.

I liked this movie as a kid. But when I rewatched it as an adult, I found it a little hard to sit through.

This may be the lowest rating I've given a Disney film, but sadly, it deserved it. Most of the film was worthwhile, especially the village boys - charming in every way. The screenplay was weak - adapted from a children's novel. The music was horrid, but thankfully only consisted of the opening theme. The characters lack motive and the voice over work is lackluster. There is still a bit of that Disney magic that saves the show. Disney himself supervised on location in Ireland - that's gotta count for something.

A heartwarming tale about a little girl and her cat. This tale reminds us all that things (in this case a "witch") are not always what they seem.
