Why didn't the vamps have all the normal powers?

While The Hamiltons was a more original film, it was also a cheaper film. This film felt more like a film than the original, for obvious budgetary reasons. I enjoyed the continuation of the story but it focused too much on the one member of the family, Francis.

A cool new take on vampire horror in the dreary world of Those Vampire Book Movies. Good budget (or at least they made it look thay way!), good action, decent acting, (or at least to the genre standard) pretty decent blood and effects. And a good story about "odd family units" that reminded me of Mother's Day... Worth seeing!

I thought I'd check this out because I liked "The Hamiltons" but this movie isn't good. It tries to be good but really isn't. I liked the movie poster for this movie a lot-that is one of the main reasons I decided to watch. Skip this one unless you have nothing better to do.
