Medfield College science major Dexter Riley and his classmates have been working on a new vitamin compound when a lab accident creates a supercharged mix that ends up in Dexter's cereal box, giving him superhuman strength. I enjoyed this more than The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes, partly because as a kid, the idea of having super strength appealed to me (to take on bigger kids who were bullying me). Cheesy by today's standards, so I'm not sure whether 21st century kids would enjoy it.

I kept watching myself asking "Why? Why?" So many great comedians (Joe Flynn, Eve Arden, Phil Silvers...) could produce such a weak movie. Disney's dark ages at its worst.

The last and weakest link of that fun, good old, Dexter Riley series. The kids are back at their scientific antics, but this film flat out condones use of substances that make one unaturally strong, and lacks the villain influence A.J. Arno used to have. Oh sure, he's still around, just not quite up to his old standards. This one just looses the momentum that the rest of the series had.

In his 3rd outing as "Dexter", Kurt does a decent job entertaining us. With an exceptional cast.
