One of the best from both Newman and Redford. Also has a great Robert Shaw performance.

Simply one of the best popcorn munching flicks ever made. If you can't have fun while watching The Sting I don't even want to know you. End of story.

one of the best films ever made. the film places it's audience into a depression era America perfectly. The art direction, production design, costumes et al are picture perfect creating this great replica of 1936 Chicago. The cinematography is another example if the outstanding work done in this era of film making. And the performances by Redford and Newman? Has there ever been a better screen duo? Finally the score. Hamlisch tweaked Joplin's music just enough so that you'll find yourself humming "The Entertainer" for days. Unbelievably great work!

Great movie! I absolutely love Robert Redford and Paul Newman and they have such great chemistry together. The whole cast is great on the entire movie and the story comes together great. This movie spawned so many copy cats but the original is always best!
