An upscaled Blair Witch. simply done better, more realistic, and scarier. I rented it on a whim...and made all my friends watch it.

This movie is bad but I feel that it embraces its own badness and for that I love and respect it. It's like a particularly good episode of 'Scariest Places on Earth'.

at first I was skeptical of a Blair Witch style documentary of a haunted house in New Orleans.. but it was creepy as hell and a great contemporary take on the classic haunted house tale. I really liked it, but I'm not so sure about the last scene.. could've done without it.
