I think you have to be a true classic movie fan to really appreciate this film. Because it's set in an entirely different time, when family was much more important. This movie was quite the controversy back in 1955. Mainly because of Marilyn's skirt blowing scene. As well as dealing with infidelity, some scenes were actually cut out because they were considered too risque. It's weird to think that what they considered risque back then, we consider it tame now.

Funny like a mo-fo. Apparently Wilder wanted Cary Grant for the lead in this but Tom Ewell is very good and Miss Monroe has a great future ahead of... what's that?
