Tarkovsky's plea for peace. A tender view of humanity as it teeters towards its final annihalation. A fitting swansong to one of the world's finest and most intelligent directors.

The most beautiful movie I've ever seen. This is Art. Other Tarkovsky's movies are equally good, especially Nostalgia, Andrei Rublev and The Mirror. After viewing these films your life is not the same any more.

Basinda eger her gun sularsan bu kurumus agaci dunyada 1 seyi degisik kilarsin dedigi kurumus agac kiyamet agaci olabilir mi ? Agac kurumus ve kiyamet yakin. Nukleer savas cikacak! Haberlerde bundan bahsediliyor. Son buyuk savasa Alexander in fedakarligi ne olacak? Alexander, Hz. Ibrahim gibi cocugunu feda edecek mi ? Otto herhangi biri mi yoksa bir melek mi ? Ve aslinda bir deli olarak gordugumuz Alexander in icindeki inanc, kurumus agaci yesertmeye ve insanoglunu kurtarmaya yetecek mi ? Insanliga dair, umuda dair en onemlisi inancin icerigine dair icimizdeki kurumus agaclari filizlendiren bir bas yapit!!!
