This happens in real life. The guy who is trapped in a pointless relationship and is afraid of getting out. I like the indie touch.

This movie was a true gem...after hearing such bad reviews for it, I ended up getting it only because I liked the trailer so much. Unlike most movies, the movie actually lives up to the trailer! It's smart and the dialogue is brilliant--while you wouldn't think that Josh Duhamel and Katie Holmes would have much chemistry, they totally do. I was blown away by Holmes's acting and Duhamel's as well. The story is accompanied by a soundtrack that seems written solely for this film. This movie stuck with me--a telltale sign of a great movie. It's simply good.

this movie is not for everyone, i liked it because it was full of laughs and cries and you really feel for each character!

An odd mix but with a cool cast. Anna Paquin comes out the worst as a spoilt brat and Bergan is proper wasted. Josh Duchmel doesnt fair better but the rest are a good mix with a nice meaty role for Katie Holmes. Its all takes place over 1 night and some scenes seem really slow
