The Raspberry Reich (2004)

Gudrun has modeled her amateur German terrorist group after the 1970s Red Army Faction (Baader-Meinhof Gang). She attempts to imitate her heroes by kidnapping the son of a wealthy industrialist and hopes to negotiate leftist demands from the father. When Gudrun's not spouting leftist verses (including during a hilariously brilliant fuck session), she's trying to convince her all-male gang to abandon their heterosexuality, which she believes is the result of mass delusion.

Total misfire from Bruce LaBruce which turns the porn hard and the brain to mush.

"Cornflakes are counter-revolutionary!" Brilliant piece of political porn: not for the squeamish. Bruce LaBruce is like the anti-Catherine Breillat: he makes (queer) porn that is too arthouse for people to get off on; she makes arthouse films which are essentially (straight) porn.

Very original film. Despite very poor acting, story is very powerful. German language and their attitude are just like chocolate topping over the ice cream for the topic of this one.
