Of course, these days the story would be regular stuff on newspapers.. Wonderful 70's paranoia flick. Don't forget Conversation either.

Probably the best paranoid conspiracy thriller out there, with an uncompromisingly dark start, middle and end.

Solid political thriller. I think I now understand why Warren Beaty is famous. He was pretty dam good in this.

Films like this are made maybe once or twice a decade. It's a rare treat and just a stunningly excellent film from the cinematography to the story. Hollywood hasn't made a film this good in a really long time.

They just don't make political thrillers like they used to. A big ol' middle finger to the Warren Commission and the single gunman theory in the JFK assassination. Tense, intelligent thriller with great performances by Warren Beatty and Hume Cronyn, and like a lot of the great movies of the '70's, leaves you depressed and cynical as hell.
