Desperately trying to infuse new blood into the 1980s franchise, the fourth installment is a hodgepodge that fashions recycled ideas and characters; the rebllious girl is played Hilary Swank, who would go to Oscar glory.

Hilary Swank was hot and Michael Ironside is the man. Pat Morita the only person to play in all 4 makes an appearance but is hurt but the weirdest lines of dialogue and a film thats way too kiddy compared to the others. I wish someone could explain to me the reason for the bungie jump thing. YOU BROKE HIS ARM LOL. he decided to bungie jump into a frickin fence isn't his fault?

I grew up watching these movies and idolized danielson. This movie is a dedication to the previous movies. This installment in the series makes us see why they have endured. Not better then the earlier releases but almost the best. So many twists and turns. The fight scenes are intense and not for the faint of heart. Had me on the edge of my seat to the end. Mr. Miyagi will be missed. Everytime I wax my car or paint my house, I am filled with emotion. RIP Mr. Miyagi.
