A great movie masterpiece. Well acted, directed and shot. The battle scenes bring graphic realisim to midevil warfare and provide a gruesome backdrop to a story about God. The movie is designed to make you think about people doing things "in God's name". If you feel frustrated or angered by people using God to justify their personal vendettas or wars, then I believe you will most likely enjoy this film. One of the most under appreciated films ever made.

Dustin aced his short role, he did so well i completely forgot the great performance by Milla. Otherwise an OK movie

The production is extraordinary. Besson definitely has an eye for the epic. The horror and spectacle of medieval battle has never been re-created on film before with such terrible beauty. In fact, the whole movie comes wonderfully alive in its sweeping battle scenes.
