This faith-based drama "inspired by true events" (a phrase that hereafter has lost all its meaning) manages to be dumb on so many levels that, well, it simply has to be taken on faith.

Liked the story line but the theology was weak.

I watched this with my family and they loved this movie. My kids hate any movie that has any feel good to it but they watched this from Bell to bell. I have even purchased two copies for my brothers to watch. The acting is ok and a little over done in spots but a great film overall.

Trite faith-based tale has mature themes, lots of violence.

The Masked Saint didn’t screen for critics, but it’s no worse than any other faith-based film, which as a canon tends to sacrifice story for the sermon. A movie that can finally combine the two — now that’d be a miracle worth beholding.
