Tired of life as soldiers, Peachy Carnehan and Danny Dravot travel to the isolated land of Kafiristan, where they are ultimately embraced by the people and revered as rulers. This is such a teriffic movie on so many levels. First of all it's Kipling and you can't get any better than that. Then you have Sean Conery and Michael Caine, two of the greatest British actors ever born and they play off each other brilliantly. The setting is all on location in India and Afgahnistan and is just stunning. The plot, well did I say that it was Kipling? This is just one of the best movies ever made and I'm giving you a double your money back guarantee on it. I promise you that you and your whole family will just adore it. - Scott

As it says on the back of the DVD case, "they don't make movies like this anymore". And they're right too. Great acting by both leads, and one hell of a plot. You'd be crazy to miss it.

Sean Connery's best role. Michael Caine is amazing, and the Kipling story is one of action and intrigue. One of my favourite stories of all time.
