The Lost really should have been called "The Psycho", the story does center around this weird/psychotic guy who does really bad stuff. The movie itself is very graphic/violent and they do a decent job developing the characters but the ending was disappointing. What exactly was the rush? Was he killed? Was he just badly beaten and then taken to jail for the rest of his life? What happened to the girl he was going out with? Had the ending been better, this would have gotten 3.5 stars instead of 3. Still though, it's not a bad film.

i personally did not like this movie. It had terrible acting in it. The story line would have been good if the acting wasnt so terrible.

The Lost is a creepy, sadistic, and disturbing film that makes Ray Pye a brother of Hannibal Lector. Marc Senter plays as (Ray Pye) a 19-year old teenage murderer, who is smart, charming, handsome, but is trying to hide his sadistic side. Meanwhile The Lost is definitely one of the better recent psychopathic horror films, that has many twists and turns. The Lost is on the violent and sexual side, but that's what the antagonist is about. Some other reasons why I liked The Lost, is that Erin Brown aka: (Misty Mundae) and Ruby LaRocca were in the the film for about five minutes. But hey at least they were in it, and they both did great. Overall The Lost is a reasonably good film for horror fans around.

A pretty sweet low-budget psychological thriller roller coaster ride. I've never read the book, so I had no basis on what I was about to see. I knew that it dealt with a sociopath and thought, "Oh boy, here comes another genre offering of slasher/gore/tits proportions. Boy was I wrong. Well, minus the tits and blood, but boy was I wrong. The quality of this low-budget movie is great. I loved the opening shot of Ray Pye walking through the forest and all we can see are his legs moving. There were only a few problems I had with this movie, one being the audio for a certain scene and the other being the actress with the red tank top who has the psychotic mother. Man, her acting was terrible. Everything else I loved. I'm not sure why, but I loved how we watched Ray walk around and have sex with girls instead of him creeping up and stabbing people left and right.
