Just watched this. Pretty disturbing but an amazing piece of history. A story of a struggle for survival against unfathomable misfortunes. A grim reminder of our own mortality.

29/12/2008 Just watched the movie. Felt a bit sick after it, and am afraid I will have nightmares tonight as it is quite gruesome, sad and cruel ... It is fascinating though.

I had an interest in this story before seeing the movie. The movie varies, it has some very good bits, but also some rather boring bits. It definitely does manage to make you think about issues of morality and if it is something most people would resort to, but we'll never know purely cause most people aren't put in those sorts of situations.

disturbing... but you just never know what you're capable of when the poop hits the fan!

'A gritty and haunting morality tale, a masterfully sketched portrait of religious faith, human guilt and what divides men from beasts.' Inside Film Magazine
