Michael Bay drove behind a flatbed truck carrying train wheels on the highway leaving Palmdale, and, noticing how dangerous it looked, was inspired to create a destructive chase scene involving one.

Bullshit!! 40%?!?! This is Bay's rare gem, and it only has 2 explosion scenes!! What the fuck are critics talking about? Characters are fantastic, the explosion scenes are few and far between, and all the chases matter. Compare this to Tranformers 2 and you'll know which movie should get the 40% and which should get the 90%.

Excellent movie. The story is set up nice and intriguing in the first half, and the action is put together perfectly in the second half, and the performances are perfect. Michael Bay's first attempt at a true sci-fi film is a success.
