Que jodida historia, acaso es tierna, acaso es real, o acaso es aterradora? Con Lynch esta claro que cualquier cosa puede pasar y se puede generar

Ok I get that Lynch is a total arthouse film maker. And I get what this movie is about. But it was just a little to boring. It seemed like it was going on forever, and the filming style was just to overbearing for the length of the film. With that said, it was interesting to watch, I just wish it had been edited down to about 15 mins.

A short film by David Lynch made with grant money from the American Film Institute. It's obvious, even at this early stage, that the seeds of genius are taking root. In hindsight, this has Eraserhead written all over it.

A very early and disturbing 30 minute piece on family life as a surrealist nightmare. Live footage is blended with transitional crudely constructed animation that advances the bizzare and very surreal narrative. This being said, it focuses more on the creepy visuals and very simplistic and terrifying soundtrack to accomplish it's atmosphere. Very early work that you can see the latter Eraserhead being constructed from.
