Adventurous filmmaker Carl Denham sets out to produce a motion picture unlike anything the world has seen before. This is the great King Kong, not to be confused with the pale milquetoast copies that followed it. Bruce Cabot stole my heart, and so did Kong!

The big monster movie that all other big monster movies are measured by. Drama and action like none other before which scared the living tookies out of its audience. A true classic. I feel sorry for those who can not suspend their believability to enjoy it.
