When his lawyer wife, Sofia, becomes pregnant, chronic underachiever Tom Reilly must take a job at his father-in-law's advertising firm. Tom has to adjust to the demands of a very high-powered job, and he finds himself in an increasingly hostile office rivalry with Chip, Sofia's paraplegic former lover.

See this movie,when your in the comedy mood.Great cast,Plus anytime you can get bitchslapped with a Pork Chop,you are really going somewhere.Paul Rudd,Zach Braff and Jason Bateman just a few of the great cast members,Soooo funny,Thumbs up for this one!!My type of comedy right here Baby!

Fun movie, entertaining, with good performances all around. I especially enjoyed Paul Rudd in a small part as a nasty boss, Charles Grodin as Zach Braff's father-in-law and Jason Bateman as his wife's ex who becomes Zach Braff's boss. I don't know why it got bad reviews. Maybe it's because a lot of women have had crushes on Jason Bateman and Zach Braff, and some guys feel the need to put them down.

Zach Braff is a very talented actor! Following on from a series of 'indie' hits, another is delivered in superb style. A strong storyline following a relocation so that his wife can be closer to home and Braff takes up the offer of a place in the office with father-in-law. There is a great dynamic in the film as it starts out seriously but this fades away closer to the end ... although I won't spoil it! It is worth watching!
