Seen in concert with Sicko and you'll never want to get sick again. (Especially in Romania.) A heartbreaking film.

We follow Dante thru four hospitals and learn that Hell is indifference; respite from it in transitory kindness and final dignity.

Long, slow, dark- and comic to its core. God help us all when the reaper comes a calling.

I adore this movie but I'm not exactly sure why. To me it was like a warm scratchy wool sweater- comforting and abrasive at the same time. If you need lots of action you won't want to watch it. It's primary theme is brotherly love. It is advertised as a dark comedy but I couldn't find much in it that was funny.

left feeling guilty for laughing at the beginning and the comedy tag makes you look for comedy when you really shouldn't be. in case you hadn't guessed, he dies at the end. damn good film.
