With its seductive images and smart dialogue, The City of Your Final Destination has the setting and circumstances for a ripe family drama or a literary love story, yet it never awakens from its siesta.

I fell for this movie the moment I saw the trailer. It's such a quiet, subtle, beautiful story, and everything about the way it was filmed reflects that. If you're looking for action, this isn't your movie; this is one of those films that you don't really think about, you just experience.
