It's a shame "The Butcher's Wife" isn't a better-known film. It's original, dreamy, and isn't afraid to be romantic or funny.

Demi Moore is so kooky and loveable and Jeff Daniels is so sweet. Its a little messed up but all in all a great movie.

As an aspiring filmmaker, I aim to make movies with such a magical flow as this truly romantic and truly comic romantic comedy. I'm surprised how it has so little recognition. Maybe it's because it feels more like a play than a movie. In any case, it's a work of genius.
