Great lead up, breathtaking scenery of Adriatic coast, terribly lazy ending.

As a study of a man pushed to the edge and unable to run away from himself, The Big Picture is as fascinating as it is slow-burning.

Romain Duris holds this occasionally erratic piece together wonderfully. Beautifully produced and directed though the script could have been crafted with more concision.
