Amazing movie. Original, interesting, and there's just something special about a movie with so few lines. Refreshing.

Excellent sound track to this mostly non violent dystopian tale of a girl out of place amongst the out of place. Fans of the genre who enjoy a break from standard box office type fair should enjoy this film. Avoid if you expect an action packed blood thirsty movie.

A good movie does not mean a thick narrative and this is one of them. Sometimes you don't need a fast pace and this movie fits that perfectly if you just want to relax and watch something that's taking a slightly unpredictable path. I noticed a lot of reviews complain about the accents but apparently those people haven't been around enough to realize accents very within States since so many people are transplants from somewhere else. The accents didn't bother me at all. And the pace to me was just right because I guess I don't have ADHD. I thought the ending was pretty powerful as well.

Though it misfires significantly it is still a beautiful mess that hangs with you for some time, lingering in your mind like the after effects of a hard night partying.

So this drags a bit. The filming and scenes are wonderfuly textured. However, they start getting a bit stretched in length. I'm a fan of the texture, so it worked for me. The story was not complex. Watch this for the filming and scenery and enjoy.
