Seventeen-year-old Shirley is a good student who works as a babysitter in order to make money for college. One night Michael, a father Shirley works for, confesses he's unhappy with married life. Shirley has a crush on Michael, and seizes this moment to kiss him. Michael is so happy he presents Shirley with a big tip, which gives her an idea. Shirley plans to make extra money by setting up her teenage friends with other unhappy fathers.

Yeah its okay. Realistic perhaps for the shocking lack of forsight in the teen characters. But still, it struck me as a llittle unbelievable that a shy bookwormish girl is going to turn into a horror madam of a teen prostitution ring - willing to bully her girls to get her "cut", vandalise schools to cover up for her crimes and nearly throw one of her girls off a roof to keep control of her "secret". Was this based on reality or just some bloke's fantasy made into art?

I had been waiting for this one for a while. The previews really caught my attention because it was something different and we all know I hate the Hollywood norm. This movie was quite good. It had great acting, a great storyline, it was of course sexual in nature, and the twist at the end was as fantastic as it was unexpected. Overall, one of the better small budget movies that I have seen in a long time. Katherine Waterston made a fan out of me in this one.

A little racy, ten years ago this movie would have been banned all over the place. But the movie shows how we have pushed the envelope when it comes to R-Rated movie. All in all it's a good idea. The acting by the girls was not the best. John Leguizamo was pretty damn good though.

What would Jack Mcoy say about this film! Sam waterstons dauther, katherine, gives a comanding performance as an akward teenager who finds a renewed sense of self in her affair with a married man, and also starts a call girl service in the process. The story is mostly sad though I didn't feel that director was guiding you to feel one way or another about it. It gets a bit hard to watch at times, but overall the story isn't about the ending or the consequences to their actions...but more about this life exchanging experience. I don't think anyone gets out easy, though you could say that the married man who loved her didn't loose much.

Although it doesn't quite live up to its premise, it's still a risky movie that pays off. It's terrible ending and somewhat rushed conclusion is the only thing holding this back.
