Excellent!!!!!!!! South Korean war-epic. I don't get why people keep mentioning Saving Private Ryan, to me the only similarity is the war theme.

Finally a Korean war film that matches "Saving Priavte Ryan" and "Band of Brothers". Tae Guk Gi or The Brotherhood of War is an awesome film. This blew me away, too bad it wasn't based on a true story (at least I don't think it was). Great action and a solid performance by both Dong-Kun Jang (Jin-tae Lee) and Bin Won (Jin-seok Lee). The score is original and traditional (Lee Dong Jun is the composer, I think).

My mother is from South Korea and she introduced me to this movie. It is one of my favorite movies of all times. The first time I watched this movie my mother had to tell me what was going on.
