Very fun! This has cult classic written all over it. The cast had lots to work with here in this very funny script by director-writer duo Antonio Lexerot and Vincent Roth. Lots of laughs and some great cameos by the likes of Lou Ferrigno, Lind Blair and Eric Roberts. I'm excited to see more from these guys!

Surge of Power: Revenge of the Sequel ups the game on every level of production from the original film Surge of Power: The Stuff of Heroes. Roth and his team do whatever it takes to tell this story of a hero and villain trying to make in the world.

It is a master class in how not to make a film, beginning with lessons in writing an unfunny script, leaving foundation makeup visible on actors’ faces and sound editing that overemphasizes a bland score.

Fun, Charming superhero movie with just enough camp to balance out their lack of a Marvel budget :-)

You either get what the team behind [the film] is trying to do, or you don't, in the same way that you either laugh at the [...] random pop culture references, or you don't.
