Like a collection of high action short stories, loosely strung together with a plot about a brothel/asylum/"Gentleman's Club" that plays like a videogame. That's not to say that I hated it. I actually loved this movie. The plot outside of the "mini-movies" is hardly there, and most of the time it has little to do with the action sequences. Most of it came together at the end, and I was surprised to see some drama outside of the fantasies. The end wasn't perfect, but it was good enough to make you think. The only problem with that, is that after the movie you'll be distracted by the kickass action parts too much to remember the actual story.

I don't understand the reviews. Except if perhaps folk were looking for something high brow. This film looked beautiful. The CGI and photography were luscious. The action sequences were a joy. The girls were stunning. The soundtrack was superb. And it just plain rocked. Was it profound. Heck no. Would I watch it again, absolutely!

The hair makeup wardrobe and set dec is amazing. The storyline is a super cool idea. Acting is great. The soundtrack is epic. This entire movie is so visually stimulating I cannot believe the low ratings.

Stunning images, a perfect soundtrack to go with it and well done performance from the cast, but this box office bomb is confusing is so many directions it goes, I really don't understand what the whole idea of this was. I am a little dissapointed from Zack Snyder even though his idea was original and all.
