Could quite possibly take the title for 'WORST ACTION FILM EVER MADE'. If by some stroke of luck you end up with a copy of this, round up some friends, get some booze and enjoy the retardation. Then watch 'The Room' afterward for some quality entertainment.

This is a film that merges the cop and karate genres. Robert Z'Dar is a apsulute joy to watch. Matt Hannon is a hard to watch. Mark Frazer is basically a reaction to any scene, and does have a good reactions to what is happening around himself. All of the women in this movie have the motivation to be weirdly attracted to Matt. Cheesy effects and a story line that is exposition; fight scene, repeat. With that being said Z'Dar and Frazer make it worth an view.
