Romance & Cigarettes (2005)

Ironworker Nick lives with his wife, Kitty, and three daughters. When he meets a significantly younger woman, Tula, he starts an affair with her, much to the chagrin of his wife, and his life is thrown into upheaval. Kitty kicks Nick out of the house, and he is forced to make some difficult decisions.

One of the best movies i have seen in the last 3-4 years. Hilarious. John Turturro deserves all the applause he gets. Excellent cast choise.

It's weird it's funky and there is nothing that can prepare you for seeing Tony Soprano doing a skip and a dance in a romantic musical comedy. Definately worth a watch

One of the very few works I've seen this decade that can be classified as a work of genius. It's imperfect, yes, but nothing I've viewed in recent years can rival its energy, its originality, its daring to give us something we haven't seen in a long time. I've rarely been in an audience that was so responsive to a film, applauding throughout and at the end. Watching this film was truly an event, and I can only hope that it gets wider distribution.
