Road to Utopia (1946)

While on a ship to Skagway, Alaska, Duke and Chester find a map to a secret gold mine, which had been 'stolen' by thugs. In Alaska to recover her father's map, Sal Van Hoyden falls in with Ace Larson, who secretly wants to steal the gold mine for himself. Duke, Chester, the thugs, Ace and his henchman chase each other all over the countryside—for the map.

Another classic in the series. I really wish people today could enjoy these pictures. But they don't because they are "old." The words "they don't make them like the used to," truley applies to this film. It's fantastic

I LOVE these 'Road to...' movies!! Bob Hope and Bing Crosby were super toghether!! Throw in Dorothy Lamour and WOW! The laughs don't stop!

love the road pics 7/31/11 rewatch: wow this had me rolling on the floor the pacing is so good and all the inside jokes about paramount like the guy taking the short cut to stage 10 even the the plot borrows alot from chaplin's the gold rush.
