The Double Deuce is the meanest, loudest and rowdiest bar south of the Mason-Dixon Line, and Dalton has been hired to clean it up. Great movie, Patrick's best flick by far

In 1987, Patrick Swayze made the ultimate chick movie ("Dirty Dancing"), then he made the ultimate guy movie (this one) two years later (1989). "Road House" is a gloriously silly action flick with tons of ass kicking, hot girls, a smokin' blues/rock music soundtrack (R.I.P. Jeff Healey!) and some of the most quotable dialogue in film history. Remember kids, "Be nice... until it's time to NOT be nice."

Absolutely brilliant, my all-time favourite, it's so good that i forgive Patrick Swayze for Dirty Dancing. I often go to scene selection and watch the awesome fight scenes. Particularly love the scene when one of the bad guys beats up the three bouncers with a pool cue.
