Kate Winslet finally better win an Oscar this year. What she does and goes through as April Wheeler is simply amazing to watch. Watching her and Leo work and play off of each other is such a treat to watch. Kathy Bates and Michael Shannon are terrific as well. I definitely need to see this again with a different audience. There was way too much inappropriate laughter going on. Yes, some of it was funny but the people behind me were laughing so much and giving commentary throughout the whole thing I was severely distracted.

I don't like the ending for them. I expected something more peaceful and worked-out. If April Wheeler died how could Frank Wheeler live his life the way they had planned and looked forward to?
