Maggie Baker has a weight problem, and her high school classmates won't let her forget it. They shamelessly ridicule her, and even go so far as to nominate her for Homecoming Queen as a joke. Maggie, however, decides to take the nomination seriously, collects the required signatures and starts campaigning. This movie was really good. It had a very powerful message and I think that it was soo sad. It was not right that those kids were making fun of her and as a joke put her on the homecoming list as a joke too was really mean. I was happy that she did not listen to what they had to say because she was confident in what she was thinking.

I couldn't wait any longer to watch it with my sis.. so i saw it on my own.. and if i had seen it with abalee we wouldve made it a comedy.. cuz it was very predictable and u woudl know the plot ending. they played lots of music in the background .. it couldve been more fun if they had something entertaining to make it interesting.. But overall there was a message just because you look that way doesnt mean u have to put us down.
