One of the most engaging interpretations of Shakespeare ever put to film. Intriguing imagery, continual motion, incredible visuals -- elevates "The Tempest" to something even the great bard couldn't have imagined.

Greenaway's superb adaptation of Shakespeare's The Tempest is a feast for the senses. John Gielgud's Prospero is truly brilliant. A film to be watched time and again.
