Absolutely incredible stunts from Chan and his crew. You'll be amazed watching some of the outtakes as to how they didn't die making the film.

you dont see jackie chan as a navy officer too often and in this movie he played the perfect role! his bike fight/chase was a one of a kind fight scene no movie can replecate and was something only jackie could think of as the action director. and any movie that incorporates pirates into a kung fu has to be a great movie...the pirates in this film were very cool and their fight scenes and wardorb were just as cool. sammo hung in the movie also played the self-relying badass that doesnt act like he cares but ends up helping out a lot...his fight scenes were also very captivating, and his dual fight scene with jackie chan in the bar was so perfect it could hardly be done again.

One of JC's best ever movies and one of the greatest of all time. Breathtaking fights and stunts with joyfull slapstick humour to make it all go down easier. Action comedies do not get any better than this.

It's funny, action-packed and it's got Jackie Chan teaming up with his childhood friends Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao! What more can you ask for?
