At first, I was extremely disappointed by the fact that this movie doesn't have any vampires in it, but then I realized that that was the American title, the Italian title says Terror in Space or something, which makes more sense. Other than that, I loved the story in this movie, it's fantastic. Of course, this is a low budget sci-fi movie from the 60s, but it's pretty cool and worth watching.

Plodding conventional sci fi with some of the most idiotically laughable dialogue. A lot of the movie is sentry duty or wandering back and forth past a bubbling pudding lake. As aliens these fiends fail miserably!

Bava amazes with his uncanny ability to make a low budget film look like its 1,000,000 for its time! Great twilight zone type story too.

Bava in the "21st Century"! Everything that (those of us who live Bava) expect from one of his films: creepy atmosphere, great sets, amazing costumes and damsels in distress! Bava's take on "the future" is both sexy and groovy. And full of space "Vampires"!
