When John takes his San Francisco friends to his deceased uncle's remote ranch to hunt wild pigs, it seems like a typical guys weekend with guns - despite the presence of John's sexy girlfriend Brooks. A great oddball horror film that certainly has plenty going on even if it doesn't quite know how to juggle everything with total success. There are lesbians, a cult with it's weird hog worshipping leader, rednecks, drugs, nudity, a giant mutant hog monster and lots of backwoods brutality in a really odd mix of Deliverance, Razorback and Wrong Turn that has so many things going on but the script doesn't really know how to bring them all together and the climax basically features anyone left alive in the same place with a giant monster pig as it is finally revealed in the last 15 mins. There is some decent gore. Don't look for any great acting or good writing, just sit back and enjoy the carnage.

some good moments but few and far between, it turns into a typical backwoods horror, with the pig that you think its about, not really getting that much attention, it revolvs more around rednecks after the young friends out to capture the local legend

The story was good...It just got way too boring and off track...and they could've showed a lot more man eating pig in this movie...

It's like Deer hunter in revrese meet Delverace, but a bit rubbish the monster pig effects at the end lets it down the most.
