The beautiful cinematography really makes this movie visually pleasing but the slow pace of events and dull storyline make its failure inevitable.

Writer-director Ruba Nadda is wonderful at building up suspense for the first half of her latest film. But once she's got our attention, she has nowhere to go with it.

The film is a fine showcase of all things Canadian, including sweeping aerial cinematography of Georgian Bay and the filmmakers' uncanny ability to enter a genre and think outside the proverbial box.
