A cult classic...wonderful movie with "giant" rabbits filmed in slow motion with ketchup for blood on their faces...and tiny models for towns...does it get any better than that? Oh yes, Janet Leigh of Psycho fame slums it here...treat yourself to this.

At first All I saw was a scene on youtube and I was like this is definitely a movie I should check out. The movie is much like Frogs at least that's the best example I can give it. Except it is much funnier because how these Rabbits are suppose to be massive and eat people. There was a lot of blood but really no make up effects. Some scenes were hilarious while others were pretty boring. The best was how every actor was so serious but also so stiff. Meaning they just said their lines even though they were talking about rabbits they were able to somehow keep straight faces throughout all their dialogue. The many shots of Rabbits running and the continually use of the word Rabbit got to me because it became so redundant. Overall though it was entertaining enough for me to laugh at the way they showed the Rabbits close up as if they were massive and how they killed the unsuspecting people.

Completely lives up to its reputation as legendarily-bad schlock. It's undeniably entertaining, just as it's also baffling to fathom how supposedly smart people thought the concept of killer rabbits could be done with a straight face. It's that total lack of winking at the audience that makes the movie truly funny. By the time we get to the footage of normal-sized rabbits hopping around extremely unconvincing miniature houses and streets, you're either on board for the silliness, or you're not.

it's a Bunny-pocalypse! and Bones is in it. so worth watching for a laugh.

I can't quite understand how they made those rabbits so huge and vicious....talk about special effects!
