Never Let Me Go may be the saddest movie I've ever seen. It's a fascinating sci-fi coming-of-age tale about innocent people born in an unfair world. I loved it. It's creepy and unnerving but also very romantic. You'll definitely need some tissues for this one. Scene stealer: Andrew Garfield as the volatile Tommy.

The first bit of the movie is a little slow, but after that the movie holds onto you. The movie creates a world, and for an hour you're transported into that world and you can't leave. The ending is so emotional, and the acting (especially of Andrew Garfield) is terrific. The screenplay is wonderful and the score is amazing. It's half the reason that the movie is so eemotional. A beautiful film.

A heartbreaking, romantic, real, and true-to-life science fiction film. It doesn't feel like science fiction, and perhaps that's the best part. This film is an overlooked masterpiece, and one of my favorite films of all time.
