Stephen King based Film. About someone who moves into town and sells to the people what they've always wanted. Starting with a baseball card to a boy....then all hell breaks loose within this small town.

The film starts off as a bit of harmless mischief but soon turns into vicious, nasty, fatal pranks that begin to destroy the status qua of a small town. One of the better low budget KING adaptions sporting a powerful cast and featuring some rather slick and on occasions off the wall directing.
