Surprisingly I found the remake to be a far superior film... I don't think I've ever said that before (maybe for Hills Have Eyes).... Frankly the movie lacked any real major plot, it was poorly acted, had an unbelievably unrealistic character attitude switch near the end and well the whole thing was pretty much subpar... I must say the end to the film was fun but with a clear Friday The 13th influence!

equally stupid and awesome, illogical and hilarious, it's like Kaufman (not to be confused with the director of Synecdoche, NY) has a schitzo sense of how to do a horror movie and/or a comedy, and sometimes it totally clicks and we're with the characters, and other times it just doesn't make much sense (for example, one of the hicks is a cop... huh?) It does have a killer (pun intended) last five minutes though... that is if you cut out the very last shot of the movie. It's a cut above other Troma fare, and certainly as far as girl-revenge horror flicks go I'd eagerly put this in someone's hands before I Spit on Your Grave. But it's not something right at the top of your radar.

This movie was pretty stupid. The whole movie is about a crazy old lady with her sons and she watches them rape people. I was just really curious how this movie would pan out. The cast was pretty horrible at acting. The plot was stupid. The editing was just really bad. So yes it is a B horror film. But you still have to be entertained and I was not. There might of been a few interesting scenes, but that is it.

It's interesting in its way but the problem lies in putting rape so close alongside black comedy and at times letting the two intertwine a little too uncomfortably. Something about this one just didn't sit right with me at all.

Very cool movie. Very violent, creepy, and weird. Just the way l like them. Although I like the film, it's something kinda realistic and ending was kinda bad.
