This was supposed to be Keenan Wayans's breakout role as an action star, apparently. It's probably the reason there haven't been any action movies since that have starred Keenan Wayans. On a scale of Jon Voight bad-guy roles, this is way below ANACONDA.

Aside from a quirky performance by Jon Voight and a couple of well-executed action sequences, there's little to distinguish this Keenen Ivory Wayans production from dozens of other assassination-conspiracy thrillers.

I watched this onn channel 5 in the uk so u can tell of the quality already. Jon voights awful acting only adds to the awfulness that this is.Whoever though that mr waynes could make a crediable action must be out of a job by now as he is just terrible and it would have been more beliveable if i was in the title role! Really awful but i gave it an extra star because it has eric roberts in it for 5mins or so and he's a legand!!
