Such a great little film, seriously underated film. Voight is always great, Keenan Wayans, Simon Baker, and of course jill Hennessy. I wish she did way more movies, she a very talented actor. I really like this film back when it came out, Wayans would do Glimmer Man with Seagal, Hennessy would do Exit Wounds with Segal, and Seagal would eventually give it all up and become a law man. and fight real crime, instead of pretend crime. Movie dick over and out

This is a pretty decent action film. As an action movie it wasn't exciting enough. It also failed in an attempt to be a thriller. It really only succeeded in showing that dog food bags can be potential bombs.

i love almost anything that has a Marine as the main character. don't remember the dialog though.

an okay action movie... 'shooter' was much better tho... pretty similar plot with a ex sniper being framed...

One gigantic waxball of cliches, poor acting, horrendous screenwriting, and downright tomfoolery. Even the title sucks.
