the last lines of this film have haunted and helped me through many dark days. one of the best movies i've ever seen.

They speak very fast: hard to understand. Several parts really over acted, stilted.

a lovely film about a struggling actor. but you can apply much of what eva experience and how to succeed in our own lives. katharine again gives a marvelous performance in this oscar winning role. she is really something!

it is a lousy movie and Hepburn's performance, after some strikingly enigmatic opening moments, is embarrassingly bad.
