Essentially a sci-fi remake of the Wolf-man, so of course it lacks in comparison and doesn't feel all too original. The monster make-up is more fake-looking, but still neat to look at. The characters are a bit underdeveloped, but they get through the story just fine.

Don't mess with prehistoric fish I guess, unless you ordered supersized dragonfly and dog fang.

Oh no, there's a monster on the campus? Wait, that's just a fish. I hated this movie, I couldn't even watch it all.

Surprisingly good 1950's horror film. The cast is very good, it is low budget, but not terrible so. So of the special effects are quite good. Joanna Moore is particularly fine. Not too long, well paced.
